Lithuania to transfer over EUR 50 million worth of energy equipment to Ukraine

Lithuanian energy companies will donate another tranche of humanitarian aid to Ukraine in the form of energy equipment, the total value of which is more than EUR 50 million. This was reported by the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine.
The humanitarian cargo donated by the companies includes more than 300 pieces of essential equipment, including from Vilnius CHPP-3, which will help restore Ukraine’s energy infrastructure.
Since March 2022, Ukraine has received 80 shipments of power equipment from Lithuania with a total weight of over 1,445 tonnes, including powerful autotransformers, current and voltage transformers, power transformers, backup power plants and other equipment for repairs.
