During the session on Chapter 6 “Corporate Law”, the participants discussed, among other things, the rules for the establishment, registration, merger and division of companies in EU member states, the rules for submitting financial statements, the implementation of EU accounting standards, and the rules for conducting audits.

The next explanatory sessions will take place on April 15 and 16 and will cover the following chapters: 18 “Statistics” and 28 “Consumer Protection and Healthcare”.
The explanatory sessions for all negotiated chapters will last until the end of May 2024.
