Two new groups of Ukrainian public officials have been formed for the next editions of the Tailored Onsite Knowledge and Analytical Skills Programme on European Integration under the EU-funded Natolin4Capacity Building Phase II (N4CB-II) project.
Sixteen participants have been selected to take part in the 10th and 11th editions of the programme at the College of Europe in Natolin, with eight participants in each group. Both editions will focus on EU accession negotiation Cluster 1 – “Fundamentals”.
The 10th edition will run from 14 September to 23 October 2026, with its official opening scheduled for 15 September. The 11th edition will follow from 2 November to 11 December 2026.

Participants will represent:
- State Customs Service of Ukraine;
- National Agency on Corruption Prevention;
- Constitutional Court of Ukraine;
- State Border Guard Service of Ukraine;
- Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
- Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine;
- Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
11th edition | 2 November – 11 December 2026
Participants will represent:
- Secretariat of the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights;
- Accounting Chamber of Ukraine;
- Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
- State Service of Ukraine for Ethnic Affairs and Freedom of Conscience;
- Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine;
- Ministry of Culture of Ukraine;
- Supreme Court of Ukraine.
Each edition will bring together eight representatives of Ukrainian central government bodies and institutions for six weeks of learning at the College of Europe in Natolin. The programme combines academic sessions, expert mentoring, study visits and analytical work, helping participants develop knowledge and skills relevant to their work on Ukraine’s EU accession process.
The new editions follow the 9th edition of the programme, which concludes on 4 September 2026. Before completing their training, participants reflected on what they would recommend to colleagues preparing to join future editions.
“I recommend joining the courses at the College of Europe in Natolin because you can gain in-depth knowledge of EU legislation. My advice is to dive deeper from the very beginning, ask questions and learn new things.” — Mykhailo Bondarenko, State Audit Service of Ukraine.
“For future participants, I would say that you should take everything you can from each day, every moment. It is very important to be in the moment because time flies very quickly, and you should take as much as you can from the time you are here, because afterwards it will be really important.” — Olena Cherniavska, State Audit Service of Ukraine.
